School based services

We provide Nurse and Doctor clinics in ten schools/education settings in the Hutt Valley.

We also have several other service options that are or can be provided within schools and other education settings.

These include:

  • Health promotion activities

  • Health education activities

  • Youth Coaches (through MSD Youth Service)

  • Youth Development programmes

Our school based programmes and workshops include topics such as: healthy relationships and consent, team building, resilience, peer support and leadership, sexual health & contraception options (with Vibe nurse).
