Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help strengthen Vibe’s ability to remain agile, future-focused and financially sustainable. This is a pivotal role that will enable Vibe to tell its story effectively, demonstrate impact, and ensure we continue delivering high-quality services for our community.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll lead key organisational functions that support growth, impact and long-term sustainability. You’ll champion strategic development, partnership growth, organisational reporting and corporate operations.

To be successful in this role, you’ll hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, have 3+ years’ proven experience in Business Management and/or Business Development, and a strong financial understanding and business planning capability.

You must hold a full drivers’ licence.

This position is full time, fixed term for 2 years.
