Clinical Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Receptionist/Administrator who knows what great front-of-house support looks like in a busy health service - and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with and supporting young people.

More than a reception role, you'll create a warm and welcoming experience for rangatahi and whānau while keeping services running smoothly through organised administration, clinical support, accurate data management and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous medical or clinical reception and administration experience, Medtech Evolution experience (strongly preferred), strong data skills and an eye for accuracy, calm under pressure, strong digital skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Youth Service Youth Coach - NEET

We are currently looking for a Youth Coach to join the team. The Youth Coach would be an integral member of our multi-disciplinary team working within a Youth One Stop Shop setting.

The team supports youth to improve wellbeing through sustained education, training, work-based learning, or employment outcomes, which in turn contributes to their long-term economic independence and reduces risk of long-term benefit dependency.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience working with rangatahi or those not engaged in education or training, hold a tertiary qualification in Youth Development or Social Work, be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of positive youth development, theories and practice tools to support this.

You must hold a full drivers’ licence.
