Social Services Team Leader

We are looking for a Social Services Team Leader is a key leadership role within Vibe, providing professional leadership for the team, leading practice and delivery of specific services.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the Oranga Tamariki contracts, social services team, their practice and the overall co-ordination of service delivery and reporting on contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified and registered social worker, with a minimum of 5 years’ practice experience. You will need to demonstrate experience in leadership within a community, youth, health or social service setting and experience in providing supervision and case management. You will have excellent people skills, emotional intelligence, good judgement and able to be calm and discrete.

This role is a full time (40 hours per week) permanent position.
