Primary Mental Health & Addiction Practitioner / Piki

We believe every young person deserves access to the support they need to thrive. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Primary Mental Health & Addiction Practitioner to join Te Puāwai Hauora - our dedicated mental health and addictions team.

This role provides youth-focused mental health and addition support for young people aged 12 - 24 years, including delivery of services through the Piki programme for young adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health and addition-related distress.

To be successful in this role, you hold full registration with a relevant professional body, or provisionally registered and working towards full registration within the next year. You will be eligible for or be able to obtain Te Whata Ora accreditation and have experience delivering mental health and/or alcohol and other drug interventions with young people. You will also have a strong passion for working with youth and young adults.

This is a permanent, part time position (0.8 FTE).

Social Services Manager

We believe every young person deserves access to the support they need to thrive. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Services Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of our Social Services.

This is an opportunity to lead meaningful work that makes a real difference for young people and whānau. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide strategic, operational, and professional leadership across Vibe’s social services.

To be successful in this role, you are an experienced leader who is passionate about supporting young people and enabling others to do their best work. You will have a recognised Social Work qualification, a current registration with the Social Workers Registration Board and a current Annual Practising Certificate. You will have at least 10 years’ post-qualification social work experience, and 5 years’ leadership experience within social services, health, community, or youth development settings.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
