HEALTH SERVICE

The Health Service includes clinics in Lower Hutt (monday - thursday) and Upper Hutt (monday, wednesday, thursday). We make a few appointments per clinic, but most of the clinic works on a “first in first seen” basis. This sometimes means a bit of a wait-but also means you can drop in when you need to. The Health Service team is made up of 5 Doctors and 5 Nurses.

The Doctors and Nurses work along side Support Service Staff, Families, and other agencies for the best outcomes for you.

SOCIAL SUPPORT

The Support Services Team provides a
client-centred, strengths-based service that supports young people through a creative, youth-appropriate approach to enhance their well-being. The Support Services Team work closely with the Peer Support Workers to provide comprehensive individual, and group, social and therapeutic support.

This is delivered in many ways which include; youth development programmes, health promotion and session-based education services.

Y.T.S (Youth Transition Service)

Youth Transition Service (YTS) is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL service that can help you get into a job, training or course. You have to be 15-19 years of age, not at school or planning to leave, living in the Hutt Valley, and keen to work with us.
