Youth ServiceIntroduction
The Vision for Youth Service is that young people stay in or get back into education, training, or into work based learning. We want young people to have the skills to get a job that will help them have a better life.
A Young people ages 16-17 who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and young people applying for financial assistance or who are also NEET can work with Vibe Youth Service to find the best pathway for them.
Young parents aged 16-18 years applying for financial assistance will also work with Vibe Youth Service. Who are Vibe Youth Service?
As a Youth Service provider Vibe is responsible for monitoring and providing support to young people who are receiving the Youth Payment or Young Parent Payment. We also work with young people who's partners are receiving a main benefit.
Remember young people aged 16-17 who are not in education, employment, or training, and not getting the Youth Payment can also get support from the Vibe Youth Service.

Transitioning between Providers?
If you move away from you Youth Service provider, you will get a new provider in your new location.
All your records and information will be given to the new provider. They will get in touch with you and arrange a meeting to discuss continuing to support.
