Youth Transition Service
YTS is targeted at youth who have left school or leaving school without a plan for positive activity. Delivered in the community and in schools. YTS work 1 on 1 and in groups to identify strengths, overcome weaknesses and plan a career pathway. YTS works with other Social and Health Services to achieve the best outcomes for our Youth.
